While this may only be the second single from 20 year old, LA based HARIZ, that doesn’t mean he is just beginning.
Originally starting his musical journey as a classically trained singer and pianist, HARIZ has already been trained at the highest levels and is already an award winning songwriter. It’s no surprise that his new tunes are absolutely beautiful.
Following up on his debut single, “OVRBRD”, he is back once again with his latest offering, “Does It Hurt”. The emotional tune sees HARIZ delivering vocals that resonate deep – pulling at the heart strings and connecting on a personal level. The Electronic production relies on ethereal pads, bright melodies and driving rhythms to push the track.
HARIZ seems to have found his niche incorporating elements of Alternative Rock and R&B into his Pop songs. Moody, groove-injecting synths, and honest, captivating, catchy melodies and lyrics are all coming together to make the young artist stand out from the crowd.
