Colorado based singer songwriter and founder of Electric Bird Records, Laura Brehm has been building her catalog and fan base with a line of well received releases. Blending the sounds of Folk, Alternative, Pop and EDM she dominates each track with precise vocals and quality song writing.
After releasing her recent Indie Folk solo EP, “Breathe“, Laura teamed up with a list of collaborators to bring a more Electronic vibe to the project. As part of the remix EP, we received this remix of, “Dance of Love“, by Rameses B.
With the updated production, there is no longer any hint of Indie or Folk. A top notch, melodic, Future Bass vibe takes hold – turning the tune into a banging and beautiful EDM bomb. Stellar synth work, vocals chops and hard hitting drums dominate the track, perfectly complimenting the vocals, ringing out with the perfect amount of delay and effects.
While this remix is in stark contrast to the original, both versions work in their own way. When Laura Brehm does her thing vocally, it is hard for it not to work – regardless of the production.
