When two of electronic music’s most luminous forces collide, the result is bound to shimmer — and “Moonshine” is nothing short of dazzling. Released under Insomniac Music Group and Tomorrowland Music, the new collaboration between Alan Walker and Elley Duhé is a celestial blend of emotion, atmosphere, and adrenaline.
Premiered live during Walker’s jaw-dropping Unity performance at SPHERE Las Vegas — where Duhé made a surprise appearance — “Moonshine” feels both cinematic and intimate. Its title alone evokes something intoxicating and forbidden, and lyrically it doesn’t disappoint: “Loving you is like drinking moonshine, but it’s my fault, you’re so damn fine.” The words linger like smoke, carried by Duhé’s sultry, powerhouse vocals and Walker’s signature pulse of neon-lit melancholy.
Produced during an Insomniac x Kreatell songwriting camp in Los Angeles, “Moonshine” radiates the alchemy of collaboration. Walker’s glossy production and emotive synths merge with Duhé’s soulful delivery, creating a track that’s equal parts heartbreak and euphoria — a bittersweet anthem designed for both late-night drives and festival mainstages.
The release follows Walker’s monumental Walkerworld 2.0 rollout — a multi-platform odyssey complete with a world tour, a Fortnite map, and monthly singles that redefine how an artist can build an immersive universe. Duhé, fresh off viral hits like “Middle of the Night” and collaborations with Zedd, Gryffin, and Fred again.., proves once again that her voice transcends genre and generation.
“We wanted to make something that feels timeless yet fresh,” Walker says — and “Moonshine” delivers exactly that. It’s a euphoric echo of what happens when two worlds of sound orbit the same emotional frequency, glowing brighter together than they ever could alone.
