In a year of upheaval and unknowns for so many across the globe, Melbourne-based, Australian producer ALIUS wants us to remember we’re “Almost There“. It’s an uplifting pop track that centers around the notion of pushing one’s self to the next level.
The collaboration with Swedish vocalist CILVR tells a tale that relates to just about anyone who ever had a dream they’ve worked towards. With it warm, pulsing beat and undeniably pop vocal production, the track takes an otherwise serious subject matter, and gives it an uplifting, positive vibe to encourage listeners to keep pushing.
Sharing the sentiment behind the track, ALIUS says “Almost There’ is a story of knowing your destination in life and getting that feeling that you have nearly made it past the finish line. It’s about going through the journey and seeing how far you have come, understanding the reasons why you go through it and the lessons learnt along the way.”
Prior to working on his own project ALIUS, Sebastian Ivanov has been working behind the scenes producing music for over ten years including collabs with ARIA award winning artist Nicole Millars and a licensing deal with Maybelline New York.
