Hailing from South London, Ben Kidson has been on our radar for the last couple of years, ever since he landed in our inbox with his single, "Linger." From his impressive way with words to his dynamic productions and ability to pen relatable and memorable tunes, it didn't take long before we found ourselves patiently waiting for more.
Finding his stride blending influences from Classic Rock, modern Pop and a bit of a theatrical undertone, Ben Kidson has continued to leave us impressed at every step of the way. Most recently, he hit our inbox with his latest single, "Joking," and it is yet another shining example of why he is undoubtedly an artist to watch in our opinion. A bit dark, angsty and emotional his latest offering is a hard-hitting bop that brings laid back verses and anthemic hooks all coming together perfectly to create an energetic, singalong tune that will without a doubt be stuck in your head.
With the new release going live, it also seems that all of his previous songs have now been taken down from streaming services, which can't help but make us think Ben Kidson is prepping a major relaunch/rebranding, kicking things off with this massive tune.
