LA based Carly Harpur Hollander is breaking out of her shell on her debut release, “Little Less Shy“.
The straightforward Pop tune relies on the energetic delivery and top notch hooks from Carly to carry the tune and get you singing along shamelessly. Reminding me of a Kesha, Katy Perry, Lady Gaga hybrid, Carly knows how to twist her vocals to make each line hit just right.
The production relies on some muted rhythm guitar, keys, bouncing kicks and snappy snares to support the star of the show (the vocals). With its perfect Pop arrangement, the track as a whole flows effortlessly and ends on a high note… making you want to bring it back for another go.
