Flavia Abadia Brings The Flava on ‘Trumpets’ Remix [VIDEO]

Based in Toronto, singer/songwriter/DJ, Flavia Abadia initially launched as an artist in 2017 with the release of her EP, “Love & Indifference”.  Continuing in 2018, The Colombian/French-Canadian artist released a string of singles and quickly found support on the blog circuit and has even landed in Spotify’s Fresh Finds playlist.

A couple of months ago, she unleashed her Spanglish single, “Trumpets”, which caught on quickly, leading Flavia Abadia to team up with Dominican, NYC based Kiki La Asesina for an official remix.  Produced by Akeel Henry (Kid Ink, Jeremih, Ty Dolla Sign, Sage the Gemini), the new remix is a vibrant Latin cross over record that has a worldwide appeal.

Incorporating live trumpets, Spanish guitar and Venezuelan percussion, the tune fires on all cylinders with both Flavia and Kiki bringing their own touch to the track.  About the collab Flavia says, “There aren’t many female collaborations, especially in the Latin market, which is what makes the ‘Trumpets Remix’ so special. We both believe in each other and put in our own flavour to create a song we love!!

While this is very much a Pop tune, it is also designed for the dance floor and will 100% get you moving.  Playful, sexy, pumping and groovy – this ones got the sauce.
