Originally from Oakland, CA, he shares an appreciation for aggressive baselines and impressive lyrical prowess. Having lived through the hyphy movement, Genra finds inspiration in artists like Hieroglyphics & Souls of Mischief. Having also been a model for top modeling agency Ford Models, Genra’s versatility continues to shine. In “Del Funk”, he found himself channeling the vibe of a specific artist by the name of Del the Funky Homosapien from the Hieroglyphics crew. His cadence and strong storytelling set him apart from the pack and we’re looking forward to seeing what he comes up with next!
