Originally coming together in 2006, South African duo GoldFish came out of the gate with their debut album, “Caught in the Loop”. Now, 4 albums later and with some major accomplishments under their collective belt including sold-out performances and festival appearances, a top 10 in the iTunes Dance chart in the United States, an MTV Africa award, a four-year residency at Pacha Ibiza – they show no sign of letting up.
Last year they delivered their highly anticipated 5th studio album, “Late Night People”, to waiting fans, and GoldFish delivered in a big way. Once again showing their versatility, production chops and knack for brilliant songwriting, the new project is a beautiful piece of work from beginning to end.
Looking to keep the momentum going, they have new released a video for the fourth single from the project, “Hold Your Kite”, featuring fast rising U.K. vocalist Sorana. The uplifting song sees Sorana soaring effortlessly on top of the clean and dynamic bed laid out by GoldFish. Beginning more like a ballad than an EDM jam, the track picks up with just the right amount of energy to get the crowd moving.
