Griz-O & OH91 Team Up for ‘Out of Bounds’ [VIDEO]

Born and raised in Gloucester championed MC Griz-O was inspired at a young age by a wide array of Hip Hop and Grime artists.  While his father kept Tupac and Biggie Smalls in rotation at the house as a kid, Griz-O also found inspiration from the likes of Snoop Dogg, Busta Rhymes, DMX, Ludacris, Roll Deep, Nasty Crew and Skepta, helping to create his signature sound – a mix of flavors from both sides of the Atlantic.

Having already found support from tastemakers like RWD Magazine, MOBO Awards, MTV, ILuvLive, Pardon My Blog, 5 Mag, BBC 1xtra, BBC Radio 1 and BBC Introducing, Griz-O has no shortage of top their supporters.  Most recently he has released his new project, “Out of Bounds”, a collaborative effort with local Grime producer OH91, and it full of slappers.  What initially started as only a few tracks, the project quickly grew into an abundant collection that had to be whittled down into its current track listing.

Now unleashed onto the world, “Out of Bounds”, is a thirteen track project that brings an array of flavors that appeal to a wide range of Hip Hop heads.  The lead single, “The One”, is a gritty, Grime leaning bomb that sees Griz-O bringing viscous bars on top of a fresh yet minimal production.  Haunting strings, wobbling basses, crispy percussion and a perfect arrangement build underneath while Griz-O devastates.

To help bring the tune to life, it also comes with an official video that sees Griz-O performing with an energy and hunger that only come with years of practice.  The simplistic video only helps to show that Griz-O means business with everything he does – no bells and whistles needed here, just fire bars and an outright bomb of a tune.  Make sure you check the full project out below.  You won’t be disappointed.
