Here is a song for all of you heartless monsters of the world. If the latest release from Novo Amor doesn’t pull at your heart strings, you’re most likely dead inside.
Following up his highly acclaimed EP, “Bathing Beach“, which reached #35 on the Billboard Heatseekers Chart, he makes a triumphant return with Ed Tullett on, “Cavalry“. The folky, Indie, Alternative track is a true work of art to be easily admired by enthusiasts and connoisseurs alike.
Leading the way are beautiful acoustic guitars and heartfelt vocals, cloaked in harmonies and mixed to perfection. Most impressive about this tune is it’s transformation from beginning to end. The highly dynamic track takes the listener on a ride, inducing feelings of sadness, triumph, pain, relief and glory.
Arranged with the precision and clarity of a veteran musician and a music theory wiz (there is clearly years of training behind this), there is no doubt that every note and every instrument is placed exactly where it needs to be.
This is without a doubt a one of the more beautifully crafted pieces of music that I have come across in a while. Powerful and impressive – and it will most definitely endure the test of time.
