Information Society Unveil ‘Bennington’

Since the 1980’s Electronic group Information Society have been a dominant force and a major inspiration for other artists over the better part of the last 3 decades.  Constantly innovating, the group helped to put Synth-Pop on the map while always pushing boundaries with their sound.  Since their debut self-titled album was released, Information Society have kept up with the curve while touring the world over and bringing their electric live show to their large and dedicated fanbase.

Having gotten back into releasing new tunes as of last year with their original partner Tommy Boy Records, InSoc have just unveiled a new single, titled, “Bennington“.  Recorded last year at Think Tank Studio, Kurt, Paul & James decided to bring their own twist to an obscure John Maus song, helping to InSoc-ify the tune into something more their speed.  From driving melodies to brilliant synth work, the new release feels right at home within the groups ever-expanding catalog.
