Over the last year or so, we have been getting drilled with new releases from new artist itscanturan. Immediately impressed by his knack to create dynamic, grooving House tunes, it seems almost every time we open our inbox, we have a new single from him waiting. Born in Turkey, itscanturan travelled to LA in 2016 to studio music production and business and ever since he has been dead set on leaving his mark on the scene. Having since returned to his home country, he continues to dive deep into the music business splitting his time between making original tunes and running his media company RFRNCE.
Brainchild of Can Turan, the new project was launched in in 2019 and has been non-stop ever since. While the vibes of his tunes vary from track to track, each is executed with precision and bring an undeniable energy. Having racked up hundreds of thousands of plays to date while landing some major support from heavyweights like Jax Jones, itscanturan is hard at work developing his sound and building his catalog and I have no doubt there is a lot more up his sleeve.
Most recently, he has unveiled his single, “Believe“, which is a Classic House sounding jam that relies on soulful vocal chops, deep rolling basslines, dissonant chords and intriguing melodies to create a dancefloor friendly groove. With an ability to work from small lounges to main stages, his latest offering is smooth and captivating – familiar enough to make you feel right at home and interesting enough to keep you guessing. Pumped out with a clean as hell mix and master, this is without a doubt one of my favorite singles to date that will be rocking in my personal playlists for some time to come. Check it out.
