Following up on his successful recent single, “Flat Champagne“, UK Soul/R&B artist Dan Caplen just unleashed his latest tune, “Two Fingers“, via Atlantic Records and it is a smooth and sultry jam.
Based in Brixton and of Caribbean descent, Dan Caplen spent time in Portland Oregon where he was classically trained – and his skill and experience can be heard in everything he releases. With only a handful of releases, he has already established himself as an artist to watch and is preparing for a massive 2018.
Premiered on Radio 1Xtra, his latest release sees Dan delivering top notch lyrics on top of a rhythmic and classically inspired production. Rolling basslines, enchanting strings and funky rhythms perfectly support his stellar vocal performance – helping to deliver an all around groovin’ and sexy tune.
About the release he says, “Two Fingers is about relationships in a big city… Temptation to stray is as easy as a swipe right on your phone, but I still believe that love overrules…”
