Lauren Faith Adds Some Fuel to the Fire with New Video & Remix

In the year or so since she has been releasing music, the UK‘s Lauren Faith has been able to make some major waves.  Thanks to her precise, sultry vocals, lush harmonies and earworm hooks she has already caught the attention of publications like Pitchfork, EARMILK, Complex, Indie Shuffle, The Line of Best Fit, Nation of Billions and Clash plus gaining fans amongst DJs such as Radio 1’s Annie Mac and spins on Radio 1 Xtra, Beats 1 and Rinse FM.

With the Kaytranada produced single, “Jheeze“, leading the charge on her debut EP, “Cosmic EP“, Lauren Faith is poised to become a major force in the UK with her personal blend of R&B/Neo Soul.  Before launching as a solo artist, Lauren had already been cutting her teeth behind the scenes as a topliner and songwriter, including racking up credits on two tracks from Craig David’s UK number 1 album, “Following My Intuition“.  Now, with her mark firmly planted on the front end, Lauren Faith is showing no sign of letting up.

To add some more hype around the new EP, she has recently unleashed the official video for, “Jheeze“, which brings a lighthearted, youthful and playful visual that perfectly compliments the laid back groove of the track.  In addition to the new video, they have also enlisted Sam Wills to transform the track into a bubbly, jazzy, atmospheric tune – picking up the tempo a bit while intricate embellishments come and go.  Transformative and smooth, Sam Wills shows the tune in a whole new light with an impressive arrangement and undeniable feel.
