Electronic music veteran Marcos Carnaval is back with his second single from his forthcoming album, “Move Your Body,” which is due out 6/8/18. The track, titled “What U Heard” brings a summertime feel, inspired by his upbringing in Rio De Janeiro and follows hot on the heels of the album’s debut single, “Zulu”. Teaming with long time collaborators Danny Marano and Diego Ruiz, the trio incorporate a dirty vocal sample, pounding bass and live percussion… making sure to give their fans exactly what they want.
Going through a battle with depression and a rough period in his life, Marcos decided to turn back to making music to help himself get through. Marcos says, “I woke up one day and told myself that I was going back to the basics by making music without expectations and simply doing it just for the fun and joy of it.” The result of this spark in his life is his new album.
In addition to, “What U Heard”, Tommy Boy (Marcos’ label) has also recently uploaded another taste of the project to their Youtube channel. This time Marcos teamed up with famed Miami based DJ/Producer Tracy Young for the title track, “Move Your Body“. Make sure you check this one out too… it is DEEP & SEXY!
