Mike Green Wants to ‘Break Free’

Since graduating from Berklee College of Music in 2009, American songwriter/producer/artist Mike Green has been hard at work creating and performing, honing his craft and building his catalog.  Having performed for artists such as Mick Jagger, John C. Reilly, Wyclef Jean, Maroon 5, Jamie Cullum, and more, Mike’s talents have taken him to 30+ countries and have seen his music placed in both film & TV.

With a clear underlying musicality, Mike sees himself creating music across genres only adding to his versatility as an artist and producer.  His newest single, “Break Free”, is a Rock leaning Pop tune that is reminiscent of something The Police may have pulled off.  A big hook, anthemic harmonies, layered guitars, perfectly placed horns and an overall undeniable vibe come together beneath Mikes silky yet dynamic vocals that ring out from beginning to end.

The new single is a follow up to his first single of the year, “Always”, and is yet another drop in the bucket for the talented artist.  For more information, make sure you head over to his website where you can hear some more tunes and see the visuals to match.
