Nearly Native is Coming Out of the Gate Hard

UK based Nearly Native may be a new kid on the block, but if he keeps doing what he is doing I have no doubt he will be turning some heads.

With an originality, sound and style all his own, his latest release, “I Have Been Waiting“, is a blend of Deep House, Soul, Garage and Electronica.  The track is full of unexpected elements, interesting arrangements and funky production techniques.

To be honest, I don’t have much in mind to compare it to… and that’s what I like most about it.  With the vocals pulling you in, deep and ambient, the production develops underneath with new twists and turns coming every chance they get.   Heavy panning effects, delays and reverbs add a whole other dimension to the already intriguing track.

While the tracks is a bit dark and moody, at the same time it is both danceable and cool af.  I’m def looking forward to the next release from Nearly Native.
