Raised in Sweden’s far north, unstoppable Pop export ORKID has recently unleashed here highly anticipated debut album, “I Don’t Give A Damn”. Immersed in music from a young age, at just 16 ORKID used the idol stage to catapult herald into the mainstream and help move past local gigs and onto the world stage.
Having found massive early support from tastemakers like CloudKid, Beats 1, The Line of Best Fit, Complex, Oblivious Pop, Going Solo, Variance and Clash – not to mention RockDafuqOut – ORKID has since been hard at work planning the release of her stand out debut project. Having already amassed millions of streams, the now 22 year old flexes her skills that have been years in the making – raw talent, stellar production choices and a vibrant energy cloak the project from beginning to end. Now based in Stockholm – the home of Pop – ORKID is helping to put on for the city that she now calls home.
