Schier Back Again with a New Remix for LIEZA

It seems every time I find a mix from Schier in my inbox, I can’t help but show it some love.

The Iowa City producer has become a master at tastefully flipping tunes, leading to him being a highly sought after remixer.  His latest remix comes in the form of a funky electronic jam for LIEZA’s, “Don’t Make Me Dance”.  What makes Schiers work so impressive is his ability to take Pop tunes and add just the right amount of groove and energy to make sure it works on dance floors as well as it may on the airwaves.

On the new joint, he relies on bright melodies that percolate throughout on top of mellow keys and a bubbling baseline.  Throw in some disco-esque guitar, fresh vocal chops and some deep pads and you have a serious tune.

Playful, danceable and clean.  Another stellar mix from Schier.
