SVDP’s solo debut album “Saviors”, released in April of 2016, received a nomination for Best Album and won Best Rap/Hip-Hop Song at the 2016 Independent Music Awards (NY). Having been a part of an internationally touring rap-based duo that released two albums of its own, which were nominated in respective Canadian independent spheres, Shan is no stranger to formulating and captivating audiences and listeners alike and has already made major waves in the music blog realm including features in Complex, IndieShuffle Exclaim, and more.

On his latest, the multi-faceted Toronto artist fuses a Pop hook with an Electronic drop to create intimate vibes destined to embrace the listener with positivity.  Written for his daughter, his new single carries a self-empowering, sympathetic message, that translates directly to the listener and plays on the simplest of human emotions.
