Partnered with Universal Music Canada, recording artist Soran has just released the official music video to his popular hit “Space Boy”. The Montreal-based artist introduces a fresh futuristic sound as we listen to heart-on-sleeve storytelling about the sadness felt when someone you love starts slipping away. Along with the sense of artistic freedom that creating the track brought to Soran, it also gave him the opportunity to honor his late mother and his roots by having his name written in Japanese on the single artwork. His experimental sounds resonate well with avid fans and the relatable message solidifies this song as a hit to remember. The song was written by Soran and recorded in a friend’s apartment, with plans to later be reworked with producer and frequent Soran-collaborator, Connor Seidel.
