Vera Blue Is Flawless On The Acoustic Version of “Lie to Me”

Australian singer-songwriter Vera Blue has released the electrifying acoustic version (you see what we did there) of her latest single “Lie To Me” and it’s a beauty. The performance was filmed at Sydney’s Grounds of Alexandria, following her intimate Sydney show for Great Southern Nights, where Vera performed for the first time with a string section.

The original version of “Lie To Me” was well received, having hit #1 on popular Australian radio station Triple J, as well as finding its way into international playlists across DSPs. The acoustic version of “Lie To Me” is a stunning take on the original, featuring a slightly slower tempo with Vera hitting all the high notes with ease.
