LA based Alternative Pop/Rock trio The Habits are here with an inspired debut single in, “Feeling It“.
Blending slick harmonies with an anthemic hook, relatable lyrics and clean production seems to help their debut single connect with the masses. With tongue in cheek lyrics tackling the woes of dating in the modern age, the group formulate a jammy release centered around rhythmic guitars, slapping drums and not much more.
The production, while minimal in instrumentation, is arranged perfectly and sways along with the vocals from beginning to end. When everything comes together, the track is able to hold the listeners attention throughout – speaking more to the groups ability to craft a song than anything else. No bells or whistles here, just a solid jam from some new comers on the West Coast.
